This shelving unit if filled every Tuesday morning and the items left over at the end of the week will make their way to other thrift stores or the reuse center at the Windermere dump.

SOS: COLUMBIA VALLEY WE NEED YOUR HELP! We are desperately short of some basic staples as pictured in the photo. Canned peas, corn and mixed veggies, pasta sauce, soups, fruit such as fruit cocktail, peaches, pears etc. Pastas, rice, potato mixes for mashed and similar. Canned ham or chicken or turkey would also be a great addition. We receive a lot of beans already for things like chili so we aren't in need of these at the moment, and we have quite a bit of tuna too. BUT, our friends and neighbours who need a little hand also need some balance in their diets and our shelves are getting very low. If anyone who is able could add an item or two to their grocery run and pop even one item in the collection boxes at the grocery stores and around town, it would help A LOT and we would be extremely grateful! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for whatever you can do to help us out.
