Moonstone! One of three birthstones for June, and a personal favourite of Avery Ruault 🌙 Moonstone is a member of the feldspar family, owing its name to its luminous, moon-like glimmer. This magical shifting play of light is known as “Adularescence”✨ Found in Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Brazil, India, Madagascar, and the United States, moonstone is known as a “traveller’s stone”, protecting one from the perils of travel. Thought to keep close that which is dear and to promote balance, introspection, and reflection. Said to represent the Divine Feminine, moonstone is also believed to to help one stay centred and balanced in becoming aware of multiple realities 🌒🌓🌔🌕🌖🌗🌘
