Strangest walnut grain I’ve seen. I can’t find anything about it. I didn’t realize it was the actual grain until I started slicing and gluing the knife handles. I love the look and it’s definitely unique.

A new addition to the portfolio of projects, a bread / risotto / porridge whisk. I currently have made 2 sizes with colours matching the bread knives but plan to add a 3rd large size for heavy breads.
