Katharina is the office administrator at Complete Floors, bringing her dedication and expertise to every aspect of her role. Originally from Elmshorn, Germany, she moved to Canada in 2008 and has embraced the vibrant province of British Columbia ever since.

With a diploma in office administration earned in 2017, Katharina has been a key part of the team, known for her exceptional customer care. In 2020, she was honored with a nomination for the “Best in Customer Service” award hosted by TIABC, a testament to her commitment to excellence.

Ashley Michel, Tk̓emlúps Band Member, will be opening her first brick and mortar store location this 11am this Wednesday (November 22) in Sahali Mall (143-945 Columbia Street West)!

Her store features her brand, 4 Generations Creations apparel, stickers, pins, patches, bags, and hand crafted items such as ribbon skirts, ribbon shirts, and beaded jewelry. You will find crafting items such as fabric, beads, and ribbon. She also supports other Indigenous businesses and artists by selling their products in store as well. Store hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 11-5pm (unless otherwise posted).
