Site visits give us the opportunity to connect with our clients, experience the space firsthand and review how the design is taking shape. Construction is an evolving process, so staying flexible allows us to address new considerations and make thoughtful adjustments along the way.

We’re incredibly grateful to have collaborated with the Dress for Success team to help bring this space to life. Designed to feel bright and full of energy, the new location features vibrant pops of the brand colours and thoughtfully planned spaces.This is a space where women can feel supported and take their next steps forward.

It has been an honour to contribute our time and design expertise to an organization making such a meaningful impact in our community. We can’t wait to see everything that unfolds within these walls!

The design trends we’re seeing right now are all about warmth, character and creating spaces that feel more personal.

Wanted: Someone to Break Up the Matching Outfits

Somehow, the four of us keep showing up dressed alike. We swear it isn’t planned... most of the time. So, we’re looking for an experienced Interior Designer or Interior Design Technologist to join the Sticks + Stones team. Bonus points if you accidentally match us too.

You’ll be working on incredible commercial projects alongside a supportive team that works hard, has fun and enjoys a good design debate. You’ll also receive daily supervision from our furry Pawject Managers, Olive and Ellie. 🐾

We’re looking for someone with:
• A diploma or degree in Interior Design or Interior Design Technology
• 10+ years of commercial interior design experience
• Strong skills in design development, working drawings, specifications and 3D modelling
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• A collaborative mindset and a love for solving complex design challenges

Inspired by Scandinavian wellness traditions, the design brings together natural materials, atmospheric lighting and thoughtful flow to create a calming, immersive experience. These 3D renderings offer an early glimpse of what’s to come.
We can’t wait to see this restorative destination come to life.
