Each evening explores the flavours, textures, energies, and elements connected to a featured zodiac sign, from fiery passion to earthy comfort, airy curiosity to emotional depth. Fresh asparagus season has arrived 🌱

We’ve just received beautiful locally grown asparagus from a group of young farmers in Armstrong - fresh, crisp, and full of flavour. Available now in our Kitchen Market Shop for just $7/lb.

Asparagus season is one of those fleeting Okanagan moments we wait all year for… and before we know it, it’s gone. So enjoy it while we can. Roast it, grill it, shave it into salads, or simply toss it with butter and sea salt.

Quantities are limited and once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Last night’s Spring Seafood Dinner was one for the books - a full house, incredible energy, and an unforgettable evening celebrating the very best of Canadian seafood, storytelling, and wine pairings.

A huge thank you to our special guests Jon & Anne-Marie Crofts of Codfathers Seafood and guest chef Ned Bell, who brought each course to life with stories behind the seafood, its sourcing, and the passion that goes into every catch.

Guests enjoyed an extraordinary multi-course menu featuring:
