Our Story
I’ve always dreamed of owning my own business. Growing up it was something I always thought of and tried to figure out the best way to make it happen. In 2017, my Mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer and that put everything on hold so I could spend as much time with her. When I got married in 2018, I purchased many custom gifts for my wedding party, my in-laws and my parents... my mom was over the moon and ogled over each gift. This is where the idea for Love & Lily began. My mom fought her cancer battle tirelessly for almost 2 years before passing and I'm grateful I got to be by her side the entire way. After some time for healing here we are.
This was certainly a labour of love, tireless hours and a few tears along the way to get here and I couldn't of done it without my husband Derrick, my best friend Krystal, my Dad and entire family supporting me. I’ve always loved to create and look forward to using this as a creative outlet in the future that can be used not just to help others (hopefully by cheering them up with my terrible puns) but also to give back to our community and causes close to my heart. Thank you everybody for your support, you have no idea how much it means to me.
Ps. People may be wondering why the name is what it is. Just a small tribute to my pups - Robin who was my first Love.. (sorry Derrick) and my newest little lady Lily.
