A busy - and delicious - day in Italy! 🇮🇹

We wrapped up our cooking classes with Chef Antonio and his wonderful team, making saltimbocca and braised salsiccia with oranges & olives. 🍊🫒

Then it was off to the Acqualagna forest for a truffle hunt - and our gang had great success! 🍄‍🟫 🐾

Good food, great fun, and a little Italian treasure hunting. What more could you ask for?

The Relish travellers enjoyed a wonderful pasta-making day with Chef Antonio, where we got our hands messy making fresh pasta from scratch - then took it to the next level with three incredible sauces:

🌿 Vegetarian
🍅 Traditional ragu

Fresh pasta, great food, lots of laughs, and the kind of day that reminds you why cooking is so much better when it’s shared.
