Captured Grace - this unique fused glass sculpture from Innovative Glass Designs represents hours of detailed design and intricate work.

Each individual section of glass was carefully shaped and assembled to create the flowing form and vibrant combination of colours, with every piece contributing to the balance and movement of the finished design.

The dichroic glass earring complements the colours of the sculpture perfectly. Its shimmering, ever-changing quality adds just the right touch of sparkle and draws your eye to the centre of the piece.

The elegant black two-tier display base was selected and incorporated as part of the overall artistic presentation. Its flowing curved support echoes the movement of the glass sculpture, while the black finish provides the perfect contrast to make the vibrant glass colours stand out.

This little Easter scene is a fused glass art piece I made for myself, inspired by a three-foot-tall Easter lawn ornament. I took a picture of the original and then challenged myself to translate that design into glass.

I love how the two bunnies turned out, especially with their little bows, the colourful flowers, and the “Happy Easter” egg held between them. 🐇🥚🌼

And yes… I realize Easter is a long way away! 😂 But this is one of those projects that takes a little planning.

🌿✨ Sometimes you just have to create something for yourself. ✨🌿

Most of the time I'm designing fused glass art for others, but every once in a while I make a piece simply because it makes me smile.

This little garden scene has found its home in my own backyard. The graceful white bridge and tiny turtles were handcrafted from fused glass, crossing over a sparkling "stream" of blue glass pebbles. Set on a sandy base and surrounded by greenery and flowers, it's become my own peaceful little oasis.

Not every creation has to be practical or perfect. Sometimes it's just about letting your imagination wander and creating something that brings a little extra joy every time you walk by.

I hope this whimsical garden brings a smile to your day as much as it does to mine. 💚
