Staying in shape shouldn’t have to feel hard. Here are a few of the ‘weirdest’ things I do that hep keep me in shape:
* Hula hoop - I have an adult size one that I love to use
* Dance in my sewing studio - when a good song comes on I stop what I’m doing, turn up the volume and dance!
* Gardening - I love it and there is lots of heavy lifting and stretching involved 😊
* Hill walk - 25 minute walk that includes some steep hills two mornings a week
* Wear just tights and a sports bra when working out at home and having a full length mirror - seeing more of my body is a real motivator for me!
