Fall Rooted and Radiant mini retreat experience is three sessions in 4 hours. Crafts to unwind, breathwork to get in touch with your body rhythm, a lovely break to walk the property and eat nourishing food and an art session to decompress, relax, release and be mindful.

ROOTED & RADIANT šŸŒæ Summer Half-Day Retreat

There are days that fill your calendarā€¦ and then there are days that fill your soul.

This weekend we gathered for our Rooted & Radiant Summer Retreat, slowing down long enough to reconnectā€”with nature, creativity, and ourselves.

šŸŒæ We sipped refreshing Sunshine Tea, blending herbs and citrus while meeting our attendees.

šŸŒæ We created DIY herb drying racks, designed to preserve this seasonā€™s garden herbs and later become beautiful displays for treasured photos, handwritten notes, or dried blooms.

šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø We melted into a deeply nourishing restorative yoga practice, giving ourselves permission to simply breathe, rest, and receive.

šŸŒø We closed our day by creating floral mandalasā€”using flowers, herbs, grasses, and petals to reflect gratitude, intention, and the beauty that emerges when we create together and discussing the meaning and feeling of impermanence.

Every project reminded us that growth doesnā€™t always happen in the busy moments. Sometimes it happens in the quiet ones.

Thank you to every incredible woman who joined us, shared your heart, and helped create such a warm, welcoming space. Your creativity and kindness made this retreat unforgettable. šŸ’›

Trying a new DIY project! Check out this herb drying rack (also can be used as a photo display). We are even supplying the herbs for our Rooted and Radiant mini retreat happening this Sunday. Itā€™s always a SOLD OUT workshop. Next one is happening in September. Dates being announced shortly.

Our ROOTED AND RADIANT retreats include three (3) experiences that are creative, calming and restorative! These 4 hour workshops always keep customers coming backā€¦. Each session focusing on each season!

What a pleasure it is to lead team-building workshops that bring people together in a creative and meaningful way.

This week, I had the opportunity to facilitate an off-site Succulent Garden Workshop for the team at Engineers and Geoscientists BC at the beautiful Evergreen Cultural Centre. As each participant designed their own living arrangement, the room was filled with conversation, laughter, collaboration, and creativity.

In a world where we spend so much time focused on deadlines, projects, and productivity, there is something powerful about slowing down and creating together. Shared experiences help build stronger teams by fostering connection, trust, communication, and a sense of belonging. Itā€™s often these moments away from the boardroom that create the most lasting memories and strengthen workplace relationships.

Watching each person put their unique touch on their succulent garden was a reminder that every team member brings something valuable and different to the table. šŸŒ±

Thank you to Engineers and Geoscientists BC for inviting me to be part of your team-building experience. It was a joy to create alongside you all.

Because the strongest teams arenā€™t just built through workā€”theyā€™re built through shared experiences, meaningful connections, and moments of creativity.
