Mistakes happen but it’s what you do next that matters

When you are laser engraving a custom name and it doesn’t go as planned you can’t exactly just “erase” and try again.

But instead of tossing it, I tried something new…enter my new skill of a laser cover-up artist

There was a moment of panic when the original name was still showing through BUT a quick rinse and suddenly a clean slate and a usable product.

Now this “mistake” turns into a bonus piece for my client
Something extra they can gift, keep, or pass along to a new team member.

Because around here I don’t waste I get creative.

This journey has never been about having it all figured out… it’s been about showing up, creating with purpose, and trusting that the right people would connect with the work.

Kits and Crates was built on the belief that thoughtful details matter. That people deserve to feel seen, valued, and remembered whether it’s at an event or through a brand experience.

There’s been growth, pivots, big moments, and quiet ones but every step has led here.
