In 2023 I started Bee Differentt 2023…my goal was to bring my clients party dreams to life while sticking to their budget!
I’m forever grateful for the wonderful clientele i’ve built for these two years!
A little backstory behind Bee Differentt: In 2022 my precious nonno was diagnosed with lung cancer. This news brought on so much pain and frustration. After going with him to many doctors appointments and treatments I realized just how many people/families experience this same pain. After seeing this, I wanted to find a way to add some colour to the lives of others! I love engaging in creative processes so I slowly started designing e-cards/greeting cards. The smile on a persons face when they receive a custom card is simply precious and heartwarming.
In October of 2023, my nonno unexpectedly passed away and I felt completely devastated. I was in the first semester of my university degree and felt completely lost; however the love and positivity I received my friends, family and students when they received custom gifts pushed me to pursue this business. But I was still unsure that I would be able to pursue my business because I was overwhelmed by the “first semester of university jitters”.
My grandmother was always one of my biggest supporters, she loved the creative process just as much as I did. After my grandfather passed away she became my best (and only haha) employee. She was impressed by each and every creation. However, unfortunately just one month later my grandmother unexpectedly passed away…before she passed away she told me “never stress about work, you’re good nonna”.
Now I’ll be entering my third year of my teaching degree, ready to positively impact my students lives
and more ready than ever to fulfill all your party dreams and add colour to your lives
