Résidence Ville Saint-Laurent — Finalist, Renovation | Grand Prix du Design

A complete redesign of two floors, where every intervention was considered to elevate the experience of the home.

The layout was opened and redefined to create a natural dialogue between spaces, bringing light, continuity and intention throughout the residence.

Even the most private spaces were given their own identity. Each bathroom was conceived with a distinct character, reflecting the individual who inhabits it.

A residence shaped not simply by design, but by a precise understanding of how exceptional spaces should feel.

With site visits for Phase 4 of Voltige Condos now underway, we’re taking a look back at the project’s beginnings.

Phase 1 brought together warm tones, natural textures, and refined detailing to create interiors designed beyond the moment.

Years later, the material palette still feels fresh and relevant — a testament to thoughtful, enduring design.

We can’t wait to share what we’ve created for the fourth phase✨

Not every detail can be relocated — but that doesn’t mean it needs to interrupt the design.

By the time we’re brought into a project, moving an electrical panel is often no longer an option. Instead, we look for thoughtful ways to integrate these necessary elements into the architecture of the space.

Here, a custom solution conceals the panel while keeping it fully accessible when required — all while introducing an additional layer of detail and refinement to the room.
