First time in his back pack, going to the park!
He did soooo well!!!

Day 2..... Jasper is getting used to the leash more and more. Started adding little tugs on his leash so he gets used to the feel.
He has been running around the house with it dragging behind him, and continues in full play mode without any problem. Lol
I am starting to work with walking him on it.
Lots of encouragment, and just short sessions will be a win!
I feel it may be time to put him into his backpack, with the harness and leash on, and try to pick the pack up and see how he does. 🤞

So I have been leaving his back pack open in the living room for the last few days. Been putting his toys in it, some dehydrated raw kibble, (Which he LOVES!)
He is pretty comfortable with it now, so the next step will be to close it up with him inside. I will only do this for a few minutes at a time, with lots of encouragement and, of course......... treats!

DAY 1 - Leash training

Day 2 - attaching a leash to the harness. Jasper is a pretty chill kitten, and he seems to accept new things easily. Can't wait until I can take him out exploring!!

DAY 3 - Today we let Jasper explore his backpack.... started with putting a treat inside, then opened up the expansion. He was pretty comfortable with going inside and checking it out.

Day 2 - Jasper wore his harness for a couple of hours today.
Clearly he is comfortable with wearing it and didn't let it stop him from playing with Riley! Lol

Day 1 of harness training....let him roam around the house with it on for about an hour to let him get used to it.
