We’ve heard you. 😂
And yes… we know our website is kind of hot garbage.
We’re not Amazon. We don’t have a giant digital team, and we haven’t poured a massive amount of money into creating the slickest online shopping experience imaginable.
Instead, we’ve poured our resources into something else.
We’ve tried to create a physical store that feels a little bit like a warm hug when you walk through the door.
We’ve invested in manufacturing our own prints from scratch right here in Leduc instead of importing finished products. We buy our supplies from Canadian companies, and every print that leaves our shop has been made by real people working right here in our community.
We’ve invested in people.
We’ve invested in making things.
We’ve invested in creating a place where you can walk in, wander around, laugh with us, touch things, move things around, ask us what we think, and hopefully leave feeling a little better than when you came in.
And somewhere along the way, our poor website got neglected. 😂
Not everything in our store is online. Honestly, it’s not even close. As a small business, we have to decide where our limited time and resources go, and for the last few years our focus has been much more on the tangible than the digital.
That doesn’t mean we don’t want to get better.
We have people helping us improve the website, and we’re working on it. It’s just going to take some time.
So please bear with us.
We may not measure up very well in the digital world yet, but we’re pretty proud of what we’ve built in the real one.
And to every single person who walks through our doors, tells a friend about us, shares one of our posts, or spends some of their hard-earned money with us: thank you.
We quite literally would not exist without you.
