As a normal woman, I suffer from the constant drain of overthinking. If I were to go strictly by the feedback I hear from other women daily, I believe it’s a terrible new normal for many of us to experience this hamster-wheel like spinning when our heads hit our pillows.

The slide in this IG posts that lists all the physical reset mechanisms is golden… try and integrate these regular physical acts of daily life with the awareness of how they help us settle back into our bodies and get us out of our heads (going up or down stairs, for example… ) and try to free your mind during those times especially, visualizing moments that bring you peace.
