Here is this years seedling list
Hot Peppers - $2 each
Hungarian Hot Wax - Matures in 58-85 days. Fruits ripen to a bright yellow and are about 5” long. 5,000 - 10,000 SHUs
Jalapeno M- Matures in 70 days. Plants grow to between 24-36 inches tall and produce fruits that can be up to 3 inches long and 1 inch wide. 2500-5000 SHUs
Habanero - Matures in 90-100 days. Large plants bear loads of petite lime green fruits that will ripen to a bright red. 100,000 - 350,000 SHUs.
Scotch Bonnet - Matures in 120 days and is widely used in Caribbean cuisine. 150,000-325,000 SHUs
Cayenne - 70 days to harvest. Produces tapered fiery-hot peppers about 5” long. Ideal for canning, pickling or drying.
Thai(birds eye) - 75-100 to harvest. Heat loving plant that thrives in 5 gallon containers. 50,000-100,000

California wonder Red and Green - 65-75 days to maturity. Plants can grow up to 2ft tall
Orange calwonder - 75 - 80 days to maturity. Start out as a glossy green turn to canary yellow when ripe
Tomatoes - $1.25 each
Beefsteak - Matures in 65-80 days. These determinate plants produce large, meaty solid fruit. These flavorful tomatoes are great for salads and table use.
Roma - Matures in 65-70 days. These determinate plants produce pear shaped fruits have rich meaty interiors and are a favorite for sauces
Tiny Tim - Matures in 45-55 days. This determinate plant produces scarlet red cherry tomatoes. Great for salad and as a vegetable.
Yellow/Orange Tomatoes $2 each (limited quantities for each)
Carolina Gold - 75 days to maturity. These determinate plants produce high yields of orange/gold uniform beefsteaks. The fruits are firm and meaty. They have a sweet, mild taste with low acidity.
Yellow pearshaped - 70 days to maturity. This mini tomato variety produces sweet bright yellow fruits. Perfect size for salads or snacking.
Cherry tomato mix - 60-65 days to maturity. Contains a mix of yellow honey bee, red ladybug, and orange monarch
**Pumpkins, zucchini and cucumbers will be availble starting in mid April.**
Pumpkins and zucchini - $3 each
Sugar Pumpkin- Matures in 110 days. Produces pumpkins that are 8-10 inches in diameter. A great pumpkin for pies.
Jack of All Trades- Matures in 95 days. These pumpkins have strong handles and ripen quickly on the vine.This mid sized pumpkin is great for carving or baking.
Zucchini
Dark Green - Matures in 50 days. This is a compact bushy variety that can be a prolific producer. Delicious baked, boiled, fried, steamed, pickled or eaten raw.
Gold Rush - Matures in 49 days. Produces golden yellow, straight and smooth fruits 7-8 inches long. High yielding fruits are great in salads, breads, baked, fried and pickled.
Cucumbers - $1.25
Straight Eight - 60 days to harvest. Produces uniform fruits with small seeds. Crisp skin, juicy and flavorful.
Muncher - 58-65 days to harvest. Tender variety which produces a tasty non-bitter fruit. Ideal for both slicing and pickling.
Early Russian - Matures in 50-70 days. Especially developed for prairie growing conditions. Great for all types of pickles and relishes.
Correntine - Matures in 45 days. Gherkin type of cucumber is great for pickles. This variety does not require pollination and is great for tunnel growing and will stay crisp long after harvest.
Pickling cukes - 55 days to harvest. Produces abundant, high quality fruits. Great pickling variety.
Early Mincu - Matures in 50 days. Produces 4-5 inch fruits that are perfect for pickling or slicing.
