4 YEARS! 🎉
I officially launched in Jan 2021. What a wild ride. In 2020 I had collected a TON of pillows & throw blankets for staging my listings, then it moved to some small furniture, THEN a friend of mine said “Hey I am selling my staging inventory, you should start a business renting it to other agents and stagers”.
I bought her inventory and rented a shop, sharing the space with my amazing stepdaughter who sub leases a portion of the space for her own business. In the peak of Covid, 2 entrepreneurs took a crazy leap and signed a 4 year lease. Well I never would have thought that in 4 years my inventory has grown 25 times what I started with, we have renewed the lease for at least 2 more years and I can’t stop buying furniture LOL.
Those who know me know that I am busy and have always had several jobs at one time in my younger years so this wasn’t a surprise to many. But this was a “side hustle” and boy do I feel LUCKY because it blew up and I am so blessed!
Thank you to my fellow agents who have supported, my stagers for working with me and using all of the beautiful items I get so excited buying, my movers for always accommodating and helping us and everyone who has shared my business with those in their life.
A HUGE thank you to my warehouse manager, Daneen, for coming in and taking over when I barely had a spare 5 minutes in my day, 7 days a week, and whipped our inventory into the most organized shape, created systems to keep the business running smoothly and literally just took tasks from me that I didn’t need to be focusing on. My right hand gal is the best manager I ever could have asked for!
To another 4 years! 🍾
