Most of the students who attended our recent Sunday class tweaked the belt bag design, turning their project into a small clutch or small cross body bag. They used our designer hides and 4-oz veg tanned, and complemented this with our antique hardware. All of them learned how to set zipper, snap, D ring and rivet on soft leather. Great work!

You don’t have to stitch to make a leather product. A number of our friends wanted to learn how to properly cut leather. So we designed a leather cutting class to let them walk away with this small purse or valet:zero stitch involved. Some went a step further and coloured their bag with All In One dye. Now they are looking to start making their year end presents.

Our class on making a 4-way closure coin purse normally attract those who want to learn how to set snap closure and dyeing leather. But it is recently made even more interesting when it included stamping lessons on classic patterns on veg tanned leather. And then colouring it with Gel Antique to really bring out the rich contrast and colours. Well done!

Some of those who attended our belt class have upgraded their class-issue buckles, and their choice of buckles and dye combination can be really remarkable. Take this Mjolnir ( Thor’s Hammer) buckle in light saddle tanned veg tanned leather: perfect!
