Welcome to the Grand Opening of The Stitchery Harbour! We are so excited to welcome you to our new class and workshop space. If you are coming today the signs may not look like the picture as our signs unfortunately were not installed as planned. (You will be coming to a Family Law office which brings me back to my before kids era of work but do not fear, the inside is definitely all yarn!!)

As soon as our signs are installed we will do a big reveal to show you all the exciting details we came up with.

Plan a visit today to come check it out (if you can) from 10am to 3pm and as a note, all future classes will be taking place in our new space.

In October 2026 during our second anniversary, we are embarking on a new chapter, where we are pleased to open The Stitchery Harbour in addition to our retail space which is conveniently located steps from The Stitchery. This is going to be our new class studio and a worskhop space that crafters will be able to gather. Some of you may be asking "why The Stitchery Harbour" for the name?

Well, we have lots of reasons for that. First, we carry only Scheepjes yarn and the word Scheepjes when translated means "little ships". All ships need a harbour to come to. Second, sometimes in life we find ourselves at sea, lost. Sometimes we all need a harbour to find our safe place in a storm, to venture out to learn new things or to rest our anchor in before we head back to try the hard things again. Lastly, we wanted to build the perfect harbour where you (our little ships) can come to rest, connect and transform your beautiful projects. Do not fear, our retail space is not going anywhere and you will still be able to find us where we have always been.

Let me know if there are any stitches or techniques we should try out in our workshop space.
