Petals Plus is a flower and gift shop along with ladies fashions. Dedicated to providing beautiful floral arrangements and unique gifts to brighten our customers' lives. We take pride in excellent customer service and creativity.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Flower and Gift Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers, creativity, fashion and a knack for helping customers find the perfect gift.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
2-3 days a week with added hours during peak holidays such as Christmas Valentine's Mother's day

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their flower, gift and clothing selections

Prepare and arrange flowers and bouquets with attention to detail

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop

Handle sales transactions and manage the cash register

Restock and display merchandise attractively

Assist with delivery or pick-up orders as needed

Provide excellent customer service and answer inquiries

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a retail or flower shop environment is a plus

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for flowers and gifts

Able to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks such as lifting boxes

Must like to wash buckets or pretend to😂

Basic math skills for cash handling

Reliable and punctual
