A day in the life of an interior designer... except there really isn't a "typical" day. 🤍

One day I'm meeting clients and walking through a construction site. The next I'm sourcing finishes, reviewing drawings, solving unexpected challenges, or rearranging a furniture plan for the tenth time because it's almost right.

No two projects are the same, and no two days look alike. That's one of the things I love most about this career. Every project brings new people, new ideas, and new opportunities to create spaces that truly improve the way someone lives or works.

It's definitely not always glamorous (there's plenty happening behind the scenes that never makes it to Instagram), but watching a vision come to life makes every busy day worth it.

Culture isn’t built through gimmicks.
It’s built through leadership, trust, clarity - and spaces that actually support how people work.

If employees are overwhelmed, distracted, or unsupported, adding games won’t fix it.
