Hi My name is Michelle and I am Entrepreneur of two companies. Over the years I learned a lot as my interior design business grew and through trial and error, I was able to create a life that is well balanced and full of joy. Having worked in the interior design business and helping clients has been one of my greatest joys. I have over the last few years have decided to continue my studies so that I can step into a more active role in helping people on a much deeper level in my 2nd company Coaching people in life and in business. Having studied coaching, mindset techniques, spirituality, business and public speaking over the years has brought me into this next phase of my life which is sharing what I know with women entrepreneurs. One of the many challenges I faced in business was burnout. Yes, I had a burnout and that completely changed my perspective about many things in life; as a result, I now support entrepreneurs whom have also started experiencing the symptoms of a burn out. My journey with these clients not only help them to regain clarity and focus, but to get back in control and rebuild their business and lives caused because of the fallout of burnout symptoms so that my client will be able to step into a happier more successful life that they were always meant to have. Additionally I have taken a stand to help educate people about Burnout and not only the serious impact it has on us, but also the ripple effect it has on co-workers, family and friends.
