I just found a treasure inside one of the walls in a renovation project. It was not the money.

It is how fast our cash money will be nothing by time.

It is how fast we are changing by technology advances.

The biggest lesson is costumer feedback and new ideas from them are key to success.

1.1.1 Entrepreneur en bâtiments résidentiels neufs visés à un plan de garantie, classe I
- la maison unifamiliale isolée, jumelée ou en rangée;
- le bâtiment multifamilial à partir du duplex jusqu’au quintuplex, c’est-à-dire duplex, triplex, quadruplex et quintuplex;

1.1.2 Entrepreneur en bâtiments résidentiels neufs visés à un plan de garantie, classe II
- un bâtiment multifamilial de construction combustible détenu en copropriété divise (condominium);
- un bâtiment multifamilial de construction incombustible comprenant au plus quatre parties privatives superposées détenues en copropriété divise (condominium);
