Fall & Thanksgiving crafts with my little ones! 🍂🦃🎃

One of my favourite things to do with my kids is set up a little seasonal craft station for an afternoon of creativity! There’s just something so sweet about making these little keepsakes that we’ll get to look back on for years to come. 🥹🤎

Today we made handprint pumpkins and handprint turkeys! All you need are a few simple craft supplies, some little hands, and a whole lot of patience when crafting with toddlers! 😂

Such a fun, easy after-school activity to keep the kids busy and make some sweet fall memories together.

The easiest way to make an everyday smoothie a little more ✨spooky✨ 👻 My kids absolutely LOVED this one!

TO MAKE YOUR SPOOKY GHOST CUP  👻

Using a black dry-erase marker, draw little ghost faces on the outside of a clear cup. Then use the back of a spoon to spread a little Greek yogurt on the inside of the cup, right behind each face, to create your ghosts.

Pour in your smoothie and that’s it! Such a simple little Halloween touch that makes an everyday snack SO much more fun for the kids. 🎃

Spooky Chocolate Smoothie 🍌🍫

1 frozen banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp peanut butter
Dash of maple syrup
Splash of milk as needed

Blend everything until smooth, pour into your spooky cup & enjoy! 👻🤎

90% of the time, this is what my Sundays look like 🤍

Yes, fun weekends are amazing, but sometimes the “boring” ones are what set you up for the best week ahead.

A clean house, laundry done, fridge stocked and getting ourselves organized for the week and I’m not gonna lie, I absolutely LOVE a Sunday reset day. 🧺✨

Nothing beats going into Monday feeling refreshed, organized and just a little more put together. 🤍
