DATES: October 2,3 &4, 2026
LOCATION: Higdon Hall, Exhibition & Stampede Grounds
TIMES:
Friday October 2 - 9:00am – 10:00pm
Saturday October 3 - 9:00am - 10:00pm
Sunday October 4 - 9:00am - 3:00pm
COST: $110 – Must be PAID IN FULL at time of registration. Registration CUT OFF IS SEPTEMBER 15, 2026 or if sold out whichever comes first

Please do not reply or contact through facebook or facebook messenger. I prefer all registration information in one spot (phone). Cancellation policy applies (below). Please read carefully.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You must be paid in full after you contact us in order to be registered. We do not hold spots so that it is fair for everyone that wants to attend. First come, first served. Limited spots available.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full price of retreat $110 Pay in FULL at time of registration
Cut off September 15, 2026
Your spot is not reserved until payment has been received. $75 of that payment is NON_REFUNDABLE
Cancellation – if you cancel the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply with no exceptions
-if you cancel your retreat September 15 or earlier prior to the start of the retreat you will receive refund on payment minus the $75
-if you cancel your retreat after September 15 NO REFUNDS will be given.
*In order to get your full refund you may find someone to fill your spot. It is up to YOU to fill your own spot
