just wanted to chat quickly about some house rules! ✨️
You all have no idea what your support has meant to my small business, my family or to myself. We all appreciate you so much!

That being said, with the amount of orders coming in, I have to remind everyone of some very important rules when shopping with us!

1. PAYMENT: I will no longer be assembling and handing off any orders without payment unless we have spoken about an arrangement. I know times are tough and the fact that ya'll choose me to create products for your special day makes me happy dance! However, just like any business, I must require payment from each and every one of you before moving on. If we do not recieve payment after the design is approved in 24-48hrs, I will assume you have changed your mind which is totally okay!

2. ORDERING: CURRENT AVAILIBILITY IS AUGUST! If you are interested in booking with us, please give at least 7-10 days and at least 4 weeks or more for party bundles.
I do accept down payments on large orders!

3. PRICES: WE HAVE A NEW PRICE LIST AVILABLE! 🎉
PRICES ARE NON NEGOTIABLE. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.

4. SHIPPING: If you require shipping, please let us know as soon as possible and order with enough time to allow order to be shipped and recieved before required date.
