An historic building downtown New Hamburg houses a place to find inspiration for your home. Now a proud stockist of the fabulous Chalk Paint™ decorative paint by Annie Sloan line as well as custom drapery, california shutters, blinds, local art, furniture and more. Along with the Chalk Paint™ you will find beautiful re-purposed furniture and you can also attend a workshop so you can learn how to

paint your own pieces. If you would rather leave the painting up to us, our resident artist Mackenzie Jordan can accomodate that as well. Bring us a picture and dimensions of your piece so we can design the right look and colour for your space. Lots of fun going on in the shop. We also have a second location, ArtHaus150, located at 150 Victoria St S, Kitchener ON.

We love seeing how our amazing customers paint and style their spaces!! Farrow & Ball gorgeous Cardamom is described like this “I adore the colour because in this picture it looks green in another moment. It looks brown , another moment you’re questioning whether it’s brown or green it’s just a magical colour. ”. There is such an ethereal quality to this paint!! You need to experience the feeling it gives a room for yourself!! It is truly more than colour. Also loving how our custom pillows look on the bed. Truly a place to relax at the end of the day!!

I love to pick our flowers and enjoy them inside. Flowers are so joyful. I added some morning glory to the arrangement and I’m surprised each morning by a new bloom while yesterday’s has done its job and is finished. Simple pleasures are more important than you think. Slow down and take it in. We are back at the shop today!! See you there!

I’m loving to see sink skirts make another appearance. Any excuse to put more fabric in a room to add some pattern and softness to a space. We were thrilled to make this little pair using 29 Park fabric Gloria along with some fabulous trim I sourced at a Paris market. The unlaquered Rejuvenation hardware looks perfect with it and functions beautifully. Would you love a sink skirt?
