So, what happens at a Flower Essence Workshop?

Making flower essences takes time. Our instructor, Treechild, guides us as we select flowers that speak to us. The process of extracting their essence requires patience and time. This gives us an opportunity to enjoy being in nature and make new friends as we enjoy our lunch at the Bower. You go home refreshed, with flower essences unique to you.

July 5, 10 AM - 4 PM

Gardeners, our perennial plant sale on Saturday has plants for just about any need or desire you may have for your garden.

May 23, 10-3 pm. All plants $5.
May 24 - rain date.

For a kitchen garden: black currant, everbearing strawberries, perennial sorrel and lemon balm.

For shady or difficult spots: lungwort, bleeding heart, coral bells, Lady’s mantle, great blue lobelia and
sweet woodruff.

Sweet woodruff is great for w**d suppression, it loves shade and when cut and dried makes a fragrant addition to a linen closet. Ask us how to prepare sweet woodruff for a sachet.
