3 Reasons why you should use white as your base colour in closets.
1. Closets are often small with limited lighting options.
White has a high reflective value which is will make your space look bigger, cleaner and brighter.
2. A closet structure is the most expensive part of the closet, use fun colours on drawers front, handles and rods.
These parts are all easy to order and can be easily swapped out when you feel like switching up your aesthetic.
3. Using colour blocking techniques creates more visual appeal. Contrast often enhances a colour, making it look bolder, richer and not as overwhelming to your eye.
I cannot stress this enough with wood tones. Wood tones can easily become too busy and there is so much pattern and variation in the grain.
Less can sometimes be more. A calm designed space will manifest peace for yourself. 🤍
