Our goal is to assess any concerns you have within 48 hours and to fix any problems with 48 hours of receiving the parts. Our installation crews are not just carpenters, but specifically trained on your windows and doors. Northwood does not subcontract, we use only our in-house fully qualified installers. Our installers have a minimum of a three year apprenticeship to qualify as an installer.
