This sink just got the promotion of its life. 📈

We took this bathroom from a very ordinary vessel sink situation to something with a little more personality: a wider black-trimmed mirror, crisp white quartz countertop and black hardware that pulls everything together.

It’s the same bathroom in essence, but with much better taste. And we do love an elevated taste around here!

Happy wife, happy life. The closet math checks out. 😌

When one person has significantly more to store, why force a 50/50 split? This walk-in closet makes the most of every inch between the primary bedroom and en-suite, while his essentials are tucked neatly into custom built-ins in the bedroom. Bonus points since they’re in stealth mode and quite easy to miss. 👀

It’s practical, it’s cohesive, and most importantly, everyone has a place for their things. Well… almost everyone. Someone may need to slow down on buying shoes. Notice how we said slow down and not stop?

Driver, roll up the partition please. 😎💃🏾

Beyoncé said it best, but this isn’t about the ones you find in luxury cars. Partitions can define spaces, create privacy and improve the flow of a large room without committing to another wall. And they can be so much more than drapery. A well-designed divider can be a bookshelf, a statement art piece, a slatted wood screen, glass, millwork—or practically anything that creates a visual boundary without completely closing off a room.

The benefits? Better flow, defined zones, more privacy and a space that feels intentional rather than wide open for the sake of being wide open. Basically: boundaries are healthy. Especially when they look this good.

We’re calling this the ultimate primary bedroom for the 3 R’s: Rest, Relaxation, and Rihanna.

Picture coming home after a long day, stepping into all this space, opening the balcony doors, and putting on a three-hour Rihanna music video marathon. The bed is comfy and inviting. The w**e is flowing. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring in all that natural light during the day, but we’re already picturing this room at night.

There may be no California King Bed in here, but this design deserves a round of applause. A standing ovation even. We’ll go ahead and Take A Bow.

Some people want a bigger kitchen. Some want a spa bathroom. What do *we* want? We think it’s pretty obvious.

Hidden behind bookshelves, disguised as walls or tucked away where you’d least expect them, these spaces add a little mystery and a lot of personality to a home.

Budget? A secondary consideration. Secret rooms? Non-negotiable.

The old kitchen? She was giving chopped, unruly mess. The new one? She’s knows what’s up. She’s current, she’s classy, she’s the bell of the ball.

The lowdown - we swapped the dated wood cabinetry and cluttered countertops for a cleaner, brighter space with updated appliances, better lighting and brand-new floors. Same kitchen, completely different energy.

A little more light, a lot less clutter. She’s in her glam era.

These before-and-afters never get old. And we’ll never get tired of showing them off.

What changed?
✨ More cabinetry space.
✨ Updated appliances.
✨ Better lighting.
✨ A layout that feels open instead of cramped.

It’s the same kitchen, but now it actually invites you in instead of making you wonder where the light switch is. We don’t have time for that.

Good design doesn’t just make a room prettier. It makes it easier to live in and makes you want to live in it too.

Back for part two... because one walkthrough simply wasn’t enough. ✨

We’re so excited to share even more of this incredible home with Marc and Mandy Show! From the stair wall feature to the multiple primary bedrooms (with its own bathrooms!), we designed this space with intentionality and finishes that make every room feel warm and inviting. This project is full of moments we’re proud of. ❤️

Design is about more than creating something beautiful. It’s about creating a home that feels effortless to live in, whether you’re hosting friends, spending time with family, or simply enjoying the everyday.

Today’s main floor isn’t just a place to cook or eat; it’s where coffee turns into work, dinner becomes a fun game night, and guests somehow always end up gathered around the island. Think of it as like a Costco — what can it not do?

By opening up the layout, updating the old into modern finishes, and giving each space its own identity without closing it off, this renovation feels connected, comfortable, and ready for real life. It’s both a makeover and an investment.

The best renovations aren’t about chasing trends. They’re about creating a home that keeps up with you and your needs.
