As a designer my wish is to improve peoples lives by making their homes better for them. Before & After photos really show the transformations best.

This client couldn't open the existing windows for some fresh air because racoons were getting on the adjacent rooftop (and could enter the room)... but fresh air was important.

We removed the existing double closets, added 2 new functioning windows and moved the bed location.

This project was featured in House & Home magazine recently and a video tour on their H&H YouTube page … and I’m still so excited.

This room was about collaboration and trust. The clients were in the USA and trusted my wall colour switch from off white to this. ⭐️ The wallpaper on the ceiling was their own as well as some decor pieces.

And all pulled together with a great construction team and workroom for the custom drapes and upholstery.

Thank you , , Stacy B and Emma and Alexandra for featuring this project.

I am thrilled to be part of a group of talented designers in the "Before and After" feature of House & Home Magazine's April issue. But any beautiful project needs a client who is willing to say "yes" to
new design ideas and have a vision too... just like this client. (you know who you are) 💗💗💗

And of course, a great construction team .toronto.💗

I love a fearless client! This amazing couple was ready to settle in their dream home beside Blue Mountain - so we took a dated home and made it perfect for them. I'd always loved this floor tile and had been waiting for the perfect clients for it. Creative credit to my clients who thought to paint this wall black instead of white.

I love it when a past client comes back and says, "I'm moving and need your help again". That tells me that not only did the first project go well, but that the client trusts me and values my organized process. My #1 job is to listen to clients and turn that into a space that they will love.

This client was looking for a "guy's lounge" in his new home. A big change from the previous homeowners' use for this room😄

📎 moody brown walls
📎 soft textured lounge chairs
📎 mixed materials: leather, velvet, metals, woods
📎 scattered tables to rest drinks on
📎 featured art from the previous home!

You may ask yourself why would anyone want a bed in the middle of their bedroom?
I say swipe for the next photo....

In this Lake Rosseau cottage, I designed this bed with dresser drawers on one side to face the closet and the bed to face the lake. The headboard features soft upholstered back, lights and storage drawers with power for charging devices tucked away.

3 Things that were changed in this tiny powder room to make it more inviting and functional:

1. Narrower sink with rounded edges to accommodate the door location

2. Wallpaper for a classic sophisticated mood

3. Mirror shape is more organic because in this tiny room, softening the edges of things actually makes it look larger.

Luxury isn’t loud — it’s layered. Swipe for the before.

I recently transformed this Oakville home by focusing on what matters: flow, mood, and architectural detail.
I’m honoured to have this project featured in the April issue of House & Home Magazine.

Thank you so much , , Stacy B and Emma and Alexandra for featuring my work. Thank you to the talented construction team .toronto and to my client NRG who is stylish and open minded and really dove in with full trust.💗

Fun facts:
➤ My clients were in the USA during the entire project and made only a few in person visits
➤ We originally planned to paint the whole house off whites before adding colour to most of the rooms
