Cantrex PrimeTime, where United Floors was proud to join several of our Cantrex retailers and Vendors. The event was a great opportunity to bring our network together, learn about the latest industry trends, and share ideas to keep the banner evolving.

The PrimeTime Gala was another special occasion to come together, celebrate, and strengthen the relationships that make United Floors and Cantrex so strong. The event also highlighted the growth independent retailers need to pursue in today’s marketplace and how our industry is changing with the rise of online sales—a shift flooring stores can no longer ignore. We left inspired to explore how United Floors can support our independent dealers as they navigate today's challenges and prepare for tomorrow’s.

Warning: New puppy on the loose at United Floors Duncan!

Installers Ken and Maureen Bens brought their new little sidekick, Sadie, in to meet the team — and apparently Sadie took that as an invitation to inspect the entire showroom.
Zoomies? ✔️
Tiny paws everywhere? ✔️
Worried about the floor? Not a chance!

With Beaulieu Gallo Xtra water-resistant laminate in Arzon Xtra underfoot, Sadie was free to explore, play and make herself right at home. We think she takes her new role as official showroom floor tester very seriously.

Sometimes Flooring the Community starts right within our own United Floors family.

Maria from United Floors Kamloops transformed her own kitchen with beautiful vinyl plank from Ames, replacing the old flooring and pairing it with fresh white cabinetry. The result is a brighter, warmer space that feels completely refreshed.

We love helping our customers create spaces they love—and it’s just as special seeing our own team enjoy the products we work with every day!

Moved the rug to hide a stain? Rearranged the furniture to cover a scratch? We’ve all tried to give our floors a little extra time. But deep scratches, stubborn stains, cracked or lifting areas, flattened carpet, and a style you no longer love could be signs it’s time for a refresh.

If a few of these sound familiar, stop by your local United Floors. Let’s find something you’ll love showing off.

What a difference new flooring can make!

After years with the original tile, this living room was ready for an update. Cameron from United Floors Nanaimo took it right down to the original substrate before installing Buckwold Western Alterna Tile, finished with Mapei FlexColour grout.

Fresh, modern, and ready to be enjoyed!

Meet Valerio from United Floors Head Office! 🐶

Valerio recently took a trip to visit our supplier partner Fuzion Flooring to check out some of the latest flooring trends — and one product definitely caught his attention.

Fuzion SmartDrop Elite Luxury Vinyl Tile quickly became his favourite. He grabbed onto the sample and simply wouldn’t let go! 😂

Looks like Valerio knows exactly what he likes.

SmartDrop Elite: officially Valerio-approved. 🐾

We have a SIGN! A big thanks to our friends at TyKem Electric Ltd. for making it happen 😊

It’s been a process getting everything moved and set up, but this makes it feel real. We’re still working on a few things inside, so thank you for bearing with us during the chaos!

It’s official… our showroom is OPEN!

After the big move, we’re so excited to finally welcome you into our new space. It’s been a lot of work behind the scenes, but seeing it come together has been the best feeling.

We’re still tying up a few finishing touches — and our sign isn’t up quite yet thanks to the wind (we’re on it, promise!). So if you’re stopping by, just know you’ve found the right spot.

We can’t wait for you to come in and say hi! Our new address is 4602 49th Ave.
