Canvas Kit was founded by Edmonton-based entrepreneur and creative, Ayanna Caesar, with a simple belief: creativity should feel calming, accessible, and part of everyday life.
After navigating major life transitions, moving to Canada, raising a family, and rebuilding, Ayanna discovered art as a way to slow down, reconnect, and create meaningful moments in the midst of a busy life.
Canvas Kit was born from that experience.
Each paint kit is thoughtfully designed to remove the pressure of "where to start," making it easy for anyone, regardless of skill level, to create something they're proud of. Inspired by the landscapes of the Canadian Rockies, every design captures a sense of calm, beauty, and escape, paired with curated color palettes that guide the process effortlessly.
What began at local markets has grown into a brand now carried in retail stores and used for workshops, events, and corporate experiences across Alberta.
