When you place an order I will give you a time frame as to when the product will be finished. I take custom orders, as long as I can find a pattern I can make it. I require a down payment on custom orders. All prices are based on cost of material, time it takes to make the order, and if there is shipping. Payment is require before an item is shipped.

🧶 Crochet Classes – Beginner and Intermediate Welcome! 🧶

A lot of people think my crochet classes are only for beginners, but they’re actually great for both beginner and intermediate crocheters!

If you’re brand new, we’ll start with the basics like:
• Learning about hooks and yarn
• How to chain
• Single crochet, half double crochet, and double crochet
If you already know the basics but feel stuck moving to the next step, this class is perfect for you too. I bring several beginner-friendly patterns, and we’ll work through them step by step together.

If you're learning how to read a pattern, I’ll walk you through it line by line and help you understand what everything means until you complete your project. No guessing, no frustration — just support while you build your skills.

Everyone works at their own pace, and I’m there to help whenever you need it. 🧵
Whether you're picking up a hook for the first time or ready to tackle your first pattern, there’s something here for you!

Hook size + yarn size = the secret to how your crochet turns out ✨

In this photo you can see the difference between using a 5mm crochet hook and a giant 25mm hook.

When you use a small hook with thinner yarn, your stitches are tighter and more defined.

This is great for things like amigurumi, garments, or projects where you want structure.

When you use a large hook the stitches stretch out and become looser and more textured. This can create a really fun, chunky look and makes projects grow much faster.

Neither is right or wrong — it just depends on the look and feel you want for your project.

That’s why patterns usually recommend a hook size, but crochet is flexible! If you want a tighter look, go down a hook size. If you want a looser look go up a hook size.

Crochet is part science… and part experimenting 🧶✨

If you’re learning to crochet and your sides aren’t straight… you are NOT alone! 🧶

One of the most common beginner struggles is keeping the sides of your project nice and even. If your piece starts to curve or widen like some of the examples here, there are usually two main reasons:

1️⃣ Accidental increases
This happens when you add extra stitches into a row without realizing it. Often it’s from crocheting into the very last stitch and the turning chain, or missing where the row actually ends. Counting your stitches at the end of each row can help a lot!

2️⃣ Foundation chain tension
Your starting chain sets the tone for the whole project. If your foundation chain is too tight, but your stitches afterward are looser, the fabric can start to curve because the base can’t stretch enough to match the rows above it.

💡 Beginner tip:
Try making your foundation chain with a slightly larger hook, or consciously keep your chain a little looser than feels natural.
Crochet is a skill that builds with practice, and uneven edges are completely normal while learning. Every swatch teaches your hands a little more about tension and stitch placement!

Keep going—you’re doing great. 🧶✨
