As a small thank-you for all the love and support this market season, I wanted to do something special 💙⚾️

This weekend only at the Picks & Giggles Holiday Market in the Oshawa Centre, anyone who makes a purchase at my booth will be entered to win a custom Blue Jays sign. One entry per person, with purchases made this weekend only.

We’re back for another wonderful weekend at the Holiday Market, this Saturday and Sunday, in booth 52.
I’m truly so grateful for everyone who has come out to support me and all the other small businesses—your kindness and encouragement mean the world to us.

This is the final weekend, and there are so many incredible new vendors to discover. You won’t want to miss the chance to shop local and support some truly amazing makers. 💛

When? 10-5pm (November 22,23,29,30 December 6,7,13,14)
FAQ
• there is no access from within the mall; we have our own entrance outside - facing King Street.
• $5 admission OR $10 for an all access pass that gives you access to shop all 4 weekends (only available upon entry)
• Kids under 14 are free!

A Sign That Tells a Story

This weekend at show, I had the honour of selling one of my favourite signs—but it wasn’t just about the sale, it was about the story behind it.

A lady came to my booth and was immediately drawn to the sign. After admiring it for a moment, she told me why it meant so much to her. Without sharing too much she stated It reminded her of a special family tradition. She shared that it would bring comfort to a loved one going through a tough time. She planned to display it as a way to honour that tradition and brighten their day.

Hearing her story touched my heart. Knowing that something I created could bring even a small bit of joy and meaning to someone’s life during a difficult moment is what makes all the hard work worth it.

I feel so grateful to have been a small part of her family’s story, and I hope this sign brings warmth to their hearts, just as her words did to mine.

This experience reminded me that the things we make and share can carry more meaning than we realize. Sometimes, they become part of something far bigger than we ever imagined.
