Balderson Cheese started in 1881, they built a small, wood-frame building at a crossroad known as Balderson Corners. It's been over a century and the important things of Balderson haven't changed. We pride ourselves on the craftsmanship of making

the world's very best fine aged cheese. Balderson has teamed up with Inniskllin Wine and Mark McEwan to offer residents in Ontario a Cheese making contest, Cheese, Please! Offering a top prize of a Valentine's weekend getaway at Niagara-on-the-lake.
