✨ A little order policy reminder ✨
As Christmas orders start rolling in and we head into my busiest time of year, I just wanted to remind everyone that remaining balances are due once your custom set is completed.
As a small business, every order requires materials, time and many hours of hands-on work. Timely final payments allow me to keep purchasing supplies, completing the next orders in line and keeping everything running smoothly. 🤍
Going forward, completed orders not paid within 3 days of notification will be subject to a $25 holding/storage fee per set.
