Hi I am Nevine,
I am the creator and owner of www.MiniSeeds.com

Mini Seeds is an interior design and decor studio, we work with busy homeowners and business owners who want to create a great interior design for their house or their business space. Why Mini Seeds:

We believe interior design has a profound impact on behaviour & actions. Colours, texture, patterns and lighting are non-verbal ways

of communication that can instantly set a mood or create emotion and push people to take a certain action. We want help transform interiors one room at a time and create creative, fun, productive interiors that support health and wellbeing. Mathew 13:31-32
The mustered seed is indeed the smallest seed of all seeds; but when it si grown it is greater than the herbs and becomes a tree, so that the birds oh the air come and nest in its branches.

Look down. 👟 Your floors are doing a lot more than just holding up your furniture—they are secretly anchoring your entire nervous system.

While exploring the historic streets of Spain, I kept finding myself completely mesmerized by the floors. From centuries-old cathedrals to quiet boutique hotels, the Mediterranean masters understood a fundamental rule of design: pattern underfoot gives a space a sense of permanence and grounding.
In modern interiors, we often default to safe, plain flooring because we’re afraid pattern will feel chaotic. But when done right, a textured or patterned floor actually creates a visual anchor that lowers visual friction. It tells your eye exactly where to land, making an entire room feel instantly more stable and settled.
If you want to bring that curated, hospitality-inspired depth into your own home without overwhelming your senses, here is how to do it intentionally:

1️⃣ Keep it to Transitional Zones: You don’t need pattern everywhere. Vestibules, powder rooms, mudrooms, and laundry rooms are perfect “jewel box” spaces. Because you pass through them rather than lingering for hours, a rich pattern feels like an exciting sensory discovery rather than visual clutter.
2️⃣ Stick to Earthy, Matte Textures: Avoid high-gloss finishes on heavy patterns. Look for encaustic cement tiles or matte porcelain that mimic natural stone. The soft, non-reflective finish diffuses light beautifully and feels incredible underfoot.
3️⃣ Balance with Simplicity: If the floor is the main character, let the walls be the supporting cast. Pair a patterned floor with clean-lined cabinetry, smooth plaster walls, and warm wood tones to let the room breathe.

True luxury isn’t about being loud—it’s about creating an unexpected sensory detail in the places you least expect it.

Fresh from vacation inspo ✨ We often think interior design is just about how a room looks. But true sensory design is about how a space makes you feel.

When your environment isn’t working in harmony with your nervous system, you’ll feel a wave of subtle mental friction the second you walk through the door.
Look out for these three hidden pitfalls.

1️⃣ The Lighting Temperature: Are your bulbs casting a harsh, blue glare? Swapping them for warm white bulbs (2700K) instantly signals your body that it’s safe to wind down.

2️⃣ Acoustic Friction: Hard, empty surfaces bounce sound waves around, causing micro-stress. Softening a space with textured rugs, linen drapery, or wall coverings absorbs that visual and audible noise.

3️⃣ Visual Obstacles: If you have to physically move items around just to sit comfortably or grab a glass, your layout is forcing you to work too hard.

Small, intentional shifts create massive mental clarity.

✨ Which of these three areas does your current space need help with the most? Let’s chat in the comments!

Before you spend $100,000 on a renovation, do this first. 🛑✨

Most homeowners think their renovation starts when they hire a contractor. It doesn’t. It starts when you create a plan.

The biggest renovation mistakes I see are:
• No clear layout strategy
• Choosing finishes too early
• Starting construction before making major decisions

A well-planned renovation saves money, reduces stress, and creates a better result. Before you spend a dollar on construction, invest time in planning. That’s where good design starts. 📐🕊️

Behind every calm space is a mountain of math, logic, and layout details. ☕📐

After finalizing our recent transformation, the studio has been deep in the technical planning phase for our next custom millwork projects.
Creating a home that feels like a sanctuary can change the way you feel the moment you walk into the space every time.. all while protecting your budget and organizing the chaos on paper first.

Are you currently planning a renovation for this year, or just gathering inspiration?

This is how we do it 🤍✨

We took a space that felt cluttered and turned it into a sanctuary where kids can actually unwind.

Let me know in the comments what do you think of this transformation!

Will my contractor be annoyed if I hire a designer? 👷‍♂️+ 📐
Short answer: Not if they like clear maps.
A good designer doesn’t replace a contractor; we give them a clearer path to the finish line. We solve the ‘Visual Quiet’ so they can focus on the ‘Structural Solid.’
When the technical details—the plumbing locations, the lighting grids, the trim profiles—are solved months ago, the ex*****on phase becomes a win for everyone.

Less guesswork. Fewer change orders. Better results.

Design is in the details. Ex*****on is in the engineering. 📐🏛️
What you see here isn’t a coincidence. It’s the result of a Project Roadmap that aligns architectural logic with high-end curation long before the first tile is laid. 🕊️✨

Why does this matter for your bottom line?

⚖️ Zero Guesswork: When the 3D model is this precise, contractors don’t have to “figure it out” on your dime.
⚖️ Budget Protection: We catch the $10,000 mistakes in the studio, not on the job site.
⚖️ Time Savings: A clear plan eliminates the 3-week delays caused by indecision or mid-construction changes. 🏗️🕒

At Mini Seeds, we don’t just offer advice; we provide the blueprint for your sanctuary. 🏛️
Currently onboarding for Summer 2026. Stop guessing and start engineering.
