Spring Refresh 🌿 Amazon Find!

I just added these linen-look blackout curtain panels to my Amazon favorites — and they’re such a simple upgrade that instantly makes a space feel calmer, taller, and more polished.

Why I like them:
✔️ Soft flax-beige neutral (easy to layer with warm woods + whites)
✔️ Blackout lining = better sleep + less glare
✔️ Pinch-pleat look (designer feel without custom pricing)
✔️ White back side for a clean exterior look

Designer Pro Tip: Hang your rod high + wide (closer to the ceiling + a bit past the window frame) for that “custom” look and bigger-looking windows.

Super Bowl-ready… but make it cute 🏈 🏈 🏈 🏈 🏈 🏈 🏈 🏈 🏈 🏈

I pulled together a few fun, easy accessories to turn your snack table into a full-on “game day moment” — without overthinking it:

🏟️ Instant backdrop: fringe curtains + a simple “SUPER BOWL” sign

🥅 Goal post details: perfect behind the food table or photo spot

🍗 Snack MVPs: themed trays + a “touchdown” serving setup

🟩 Football field table cover: the quickest way to make it feel styled (and easy cleanup!)

If you want to copy this exact vibe, I linked my picks in my Osolee Amazon storefront — in the comments 👇🏼

Which one are you adding this year: goal post backdrop or football field table cover? 👇

Hit play 🎥

Back in January, I had the fun opportunity to share 2026 interior trends on CTV Your Morning — and I’m finally posting the clip here.

My take on trends has always been the same:
Make them livable. Make them layered. Make them feel like you.

In this segment, we talk about what’s coming next — and how to bring it into a real home without it feeling “too trendy” (or like you need a full renovation).

50 Most Asked Decor Questions —
#2: Curtains

Welcome to my 50 Most Asked Interior Decor Questions series!

Curtains 101 — Height, Width & Wow

Curtain panels are the finishing layer that makes a room feel done — warm, tailored, and quietly expensive.

Not fussy. Not trendy. Just the kind of detail that instantly makes a home feel more polished (and more comfortable).

Bespoke curtain details I love (and use all the time):

• Hang them high: place your rod 4–6” above the window (or as close to the ceiling/crown as you can) to visually lift the room

• Hang them wide: extend the rod 8–12” past the window on each side so the panels can stack off the glass and your window looks bigger

• Fullness matters: aim for total panel width 2x–2.5x the window width for a custom-looking drape (most windows need 2 panels)

• Length = instant polish: panels should kiss the floor (or puddle 1–2” if you like a softer, romantic look)

• Lining = luxury: better light control + privacy + the fabric hangs beautifully

• Don’t skip this: steam them — it’s the fastest “designer finish” there is 🙌

And honestly? Curtains aren’t just “pretty.” They soften sound, add warmth, and make a space feel more inviting — like it’s been thoughtfully finished, not just decorated.

50 Most-Asked Design Questions — answered ~~
After almost 30 years in interiors, I’ve noticed something funny… my clients and my followers ask me the exact same questions on repeat 😄

So I’m turning them into a series: 50 quick, real-life design answers you can actually use at home.
I’ll be grouping a few related questions together in each video so you get better context- quick and to the point!

Episode 1 is all about RUGS (size, placement, sliding, dining chairs catching — all the usual suspects).
Episode 2 is CURTAINS (height, fullness, “why do my ceilings feel low?”, and more).

Want me to cover yours?
👇 Comment RUG or CURTAINS — or drop the question you’re always stuck on.

My Decor Faves 2026 🤎 | The new neutrals are WARM

If 2026 had one design mood… it’s warmth + comfort.

We’re moving away from cool grey and into layered neutrals—think soft beiges, warm taupes, mushroom tones, earthen clays, and natural textures that make a home feel calm, inviting, and lived-in (in the best way).

What you’ll see everywhere in 2026:
~Creamy, warm neutrals (not stark white)
~Earthy tones like clay + cacao + mushroom
~Natural materials: linen, rattan, wood, stone
~Aged metals (hello brushed brass)
~Spaces that feel personal—not showroom perfect

I pulled together a few of my 2026 decor faves + affordable finds here: 🛒
