If these floors could talk. Laid in 1910 (excluding kitchen) they have served many many different families in their life. One last sanding to bring these beautiful old growth birch floors back to life and they are ready for many more decades of service again. Finished with a penetrating oil and PakStop permanent filler these can easily be restored when they get worn down without any sanding required. Deep clean-reoil and good to go! Happy I was able to save these for our client and they couldn’t be happier with the result.
