Wool-Tyme is an independent yarn shop that has been in business for over 25 years. We shared the store with a framing business at that time. Wool-Tyme has moved a couple of times since 1986 and now, in conjunction with our growing internet store, occupies over 6,000 sq. Wool-Tyme has a reputation for its knowledgeable, courteous staff, its quick and efficient service to on-line customers, and some
great sales. We offer lessons, both class and private, and bring in special guest designers and teachers on a regular basis. Back in 1986 we started with a few basic yarns. Since then we have greatly expanded our stock to include over 200 yarns from around the world, including luxury fibres such as silk, alpaca, and quiviut. Our yarn selection in conjunction with our great selection of patterns, needles, hooks and accessories will ensure that you can find everything for your project here whenever you visit our retail store. Our on-line store carries most of the yarns that the retail store has, and we are adding to it constantly. Prices range from inexpensive, under $5.00 a ball, to luxury yarns at $40.00 or more per ball, and everything in between.
