What are my hands doing when I'm not crafting? 🌿
Grounding.
One of my favorite ways to slow down is getting my hands in the dirt. Whether I'm weeding, planting flowers, or tending the garden, it's a simple reminder to pause and reconnect with nature.

🌱 Fun fact: Touching soil may actually help reduce stress and boost your mood. Soil contains a naturally occurring microbe called Mycobacterium vaccae, which some research suggests may stimulate the release of serotonin—the "feel-good" chemical in your brain.

So if life has been feeling a little overwhelming, step outside, kick off your shoes, dig in the garden, and let nature do its thing. Sometimes the best therapy is a little sunshine and a handful of dirt. 💚

I've been debating whether to post these, but I decided to share them.

Two of these pieces are especially close to my heart, and one was created at the request of one of my "other moms." Yes, these are casket and urn sprays.

Many years ago, I worked in a flower shop, and every once in a while I find myself missing that creative outlet. Creating these arrangements reminded me why I loved it so much.

These pieces were made with love, care, and remembrance, and I'm quite proud of how they turned out. I thought they were worth sharing with all of you.
