BACK TO SCHOOL, BUT MAKE IT CUTE 🎒🌿

As summer comes to an end, we’re saying goodbye to two of our lovely staff — Carla, who’s heading off to university, and Isa, who’s heading back home to Chile. We’re going to miss having them around the shop!

Our lovely Isa is heading home to Chile, and sweet Carla is off to University, so we’re looking for someone new to join the Front + Birch team in Pemberton, BC.

We are hiring a part-time or full-time Sales Associate, with the opportunity for an Assistant Manager position for the right person.

$18.25–$25/hour
— depending on experience + position

We’re looking for someone who:
— loves beautiful things and has an eye for detail
— is warm, personable and genuinely enjoys people
— is confident on the sales floor and comfortable in a busy shop
— is reliable, organized and takes initiative
— has retail experience or simply knows good service

You’ll be part of the everyday rhythm of a small, independent shop — helping customers find something special, keeping the store looking beautiful, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
