Introducing Atria Apartments. ✨
There’s something incredibly rewarding about seeing months of ideas, drawings, selections, details and collaboration finally become a place people will call home.
Located in the heart of downtown Penticton, this 75-unit residential development was created in close collaboration with Appelt Properties and Sitka Concept, working alongside the team on the interior design direction from the finishes and material selections throughout the apartments to the design of the shared common spaces.
Our team also brought the common areas to life through custom millwork, adding warmth, craftsmanship and thoughtful detailing that make these spaces feel less like an apartment building and more like home.
We partnered with Muse & Merchant and ScanDesigns to source much of the furniture, along with artwork from local artists LEISA MARIE Artist and Dayna Lonquist adding character, comfort and a strong sense of belonging throughout the shared spaces.
The vision was refined but welcoming. Contemporary, warm and timeless. A place that feels elevated while still feeling like home.
Last Friday, I had the privilege of attending the official ribbon cutting with our mayor and project partners. Standing inside the finished spaces and seeing the vision finally complete was a pretty special moment.
Beyond the design, I’m especially proud to have contributed to a project that adds 75 new rental homes to the heart of our community. Creating beautiful spaces matters, but creating places where people can build their lives and feel at home makes our work even more meaningful.
We’re incredibly proud of what was created here and grateful for the collaboration, trust and craftsmanship that brought Atria Apartments to life.
And perhaps most exciting of all? We’d love to do more of this. More thoughtful commercial spaces. More multi-residential design. More collaborations where great construction and intentional design come together.
