May is Mental Health Awareness Month!

I've got some more semi colon bracelets up for grabs! In a variety of different stones and sizes, for $15 each. $5 from the sale of each bracelet is donated to Robbie Dean Family Counselling in Pembroke. A service that has been much needed by myself and many others of the community.

Mental health impacts all of us and raising awareness helps break the stigma, encourages support, and promotes healing.

It’s okay to not be okay.

Opening up about your struggles isn’t weakness—it’s courage. Vulnerability connects us, builds empathy, and reminds others they’re not alone. Let’s create a culture where mental wellness is a priority, and seeking help is seen as a strength.

Today is World Semicolon day ;

The semicolon symbolizes a pause, not an end—representing the choice to keep going even in the face of struggles. It serves as a powerful reminder that it's okay to ask for help and that no one is alone in their journey. To support the cause, people can spread awareness, share personal stories, wear semicolon symbols, and support mental health organizations through donations or volunteering. Even small acts of kindness and listening can make a big difference.

With that being said, I have Semicolon bracelets available in a variety of gemstones and sizes for $15 each. $5 from each bracelet sold, being donated to the Robbie Dean Family Counselling Centre in Pembroke. Robbie Dean Centre has helped not only myself but many others in the community navigate the complexities of mental health.

Welcome May! A new month and a fresh start. I haven't posted as much but for good reason. I've been getting ready for May as it is also Mental Health Awareness Month. I plan to share more posts throughout this month specifically helping to raise awareness and to normalize mental health.

Before I ever considered making suncatchers, my first area of interest was gemstone bracelet creations! I love making them with my own twist and experimenting with different gems.

Needless to say I've gone alittle crazy with them and am now looking to downsize 😅

I currently have a sale on these bracelets - buy one for $10 and get a second one for $5.
