Hi Everyone. I hope you are enjoying the last few weeks of summer. When school goes back in September, it feels like a new start or beginning for me. Time to reset routines and priorities. Now that I have a 15 year old international student from Japan living with me, I have to get up early to make the most of my day. I spend the mornings doing tutorials, podcasts or knitting. The rest of the day I take care of the chores, cooking, shopping, running to appointments, exercising or teaching. I am very busy as I am sure the rest of you are in your own way. With all that being said, I hope you are taking care of yourself and your needs. It is very important to maintain a healthy lifestyle as we age. Go out there and do something fun today 🙂
