I’m often asked “How long does a kitchen renovation take?”
Well…this one took about 15 years.
Okay, that requires a little explanation.
Because some renovations begin long before the first cabinet comes out.
They start with years of noticing what doesn’t work. What you wish you had. How you actually move through the space. Where everyone gathers. What you’re constantly putting away - and what never seems to have a proper home.
Then there’s the time it takes to finally decide: let’s do this!
This particular kitchen had a very long research phase. 😉
And now that it’s finished, I have quite a story to tell about it.
For now, I’m going to stand here, enjoy my coffee and ask:
How long have YOU been thinking about renovating your kitchen?
Six months? Two years? Ten years? Longer?
Tell me below. I promise I won’t judge. ☕️
